Richard recently completed our retirement home. Having moved around quite a bit, this is our 10th home purchase. We built 7 of the 10 so we have a lot of experience, and are very clear about what we wanted. Richard, and all his contractors listened and provided valuable insight, and we ended up with a home we love. We have recommended him to others and would let him build another house for us in a heartbeat.
